Ask-Your-Systems Chatbot: Answers From Your Own Data, Inside Your Own Permissions

A chatbot for your DragOnce application that answers from its live data — and verifies the asking user’s role before it retrieves a single record.
How it works
Every DragOnce application can have its own chatbot. One application, one chatbot — and its tools, built on MCP, a standard connector for approved systems, follow the permissions of the forms you already use. There is no second permission system to maintain.
Configured once, in its settings
In the chatbot’s settings, your administrator ticks which tools it may use — chart tools, read tools on your forms, IT-registered connectors, approved external MCP tools — then writes the company prompt: tone, policies, boundaries. Once an application’s data connections are ready, configuration takes approximately 10–20 minutes, with no code.
Policy beats prompt. Company rules override whatever a user types, and end users cannot edit them. |
